500 gr plain flour
150 gr butter
150 gr sugar
2 eggs
7 gr dry gist
10 gr milk

Crema di ricotta al caffe

30 gr amaretto
1 bar chocolate pure
15 gr powdered coffee

Instructions

 Biscotti

Turn the oven on to 220`C

Put the flour, butter, sugar, eggs and whisk in a bowl and work it to a dough. Let the dough rest for about 15 min with a towel covering the bowl.

Cut small pieces from the dough, about 20/30 grams each. Roll them in to balls and dip them in the milk, and then in the sesame seeds. Press a little so the sesame seeds will stay in the dough. Then shape them into long ‘sticks’.

Reduce the oven temperature to 160’C and bake the biscotti for 10 min.

Crema di ricotta al caffe:

Mix the amaretto with the coffee, add it to the ricotta with the sugar and mix well. Add the grated chocolate to the mix and put it in a bowl in the fridge for 1 hour.

Dip the biscotti in the crema di ricotta al caffe and enjoy!
