You’ll also see charming architecture and street performers.

5. Hike up Arthur’s Seat

For those seeking a bit of adventure among the 10 free things to do in Edinburgh, hiking up Arthur’s Seat is a must. This extinct volcano, located in Holyrood Park, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and beyond. This is of course depending on your fitness levels and how many stops you take along the way.
